In this supplementary episode, we are in conversation with senior theatre service manager Clair Mullins, ITU consultant Sunny Kaul and clinical educator Liz Allibone from the Royal Brompton and Harefield Hospital, exploring how their understanding of human factors prepared them during the pandemic response, with additional trainee perspectives from foundation doctor Kerry Fisher and OMFS surgeon Nabeel Bhatti. Sundeep Kaul is a consultant in intensive care and respiratory medicine and head of the lung division at The Royal Brompton & Harefield NHS Foundation Trust.
