Q9 Do you ever find it difficult to redirect questions about your personal life?
If so, do you notice if this arises more with some kinds of patients than others? Or more with a specific patient? Assess the level of difficulty that you are having on a 1-10 scale.
Clinicians have found it very helpful to develop whole sentences and stock phrases to handle these questions. If the level of difficulty is high then it will be important to consult with colleagues and to embed action into your working practice.
